1. Freeze Policy
- Freeze for 1–3 months (max twice yearly). 30-day unfreeze required between requests.
- Freeze fee applies;no membership benefits/points during freeze.
- First payment must clear before freezing.
2. Non-Transferable
- Credits and memberships cannot be shared, refunded, or transferred.
3. Cancellation
- 30-day notice via email required. No renewal within 365 days unless approved.
- Unused credits expire 90 days post-cancellation.
4.Member Responsibilities
- Update contact/payment details promptly.
- Replace declined cards to avoid automatic termination!after 10 failed charges.
5. Spa Policies
- Guests must comply with rules. Management reserves the right to modify terms/pricing or refuse service.
